I’m starting to really love training. I go to the gym three times a week with my trainer, and sometimes I’ll go when I don’t have a session with him. I also have been going bike riding once a week for the past month. Once I get good enough, I’d like to ride to work two times a week. Today, I rode about 32km, and uh, fell off three times. The first fall was an awesome stack! I somehow managed to stay standing, but scrapes my hand and my bike fell over. Not entirely sure how I managed to scrape my hand while standing, but I did. The second and third times I stacked it properly, and have an epic scrape on my left knee. it’s kind of cool! I blame the fact that it was raining… Never mind the fact that I’m still mainly unco.
