There are certain computer games where you can get bonus lives. It feels as though that’s what the past two and a half years have been – bonus years. They were years in which I’ve been alive when the outcome could have so easily been different. They have also been the best two and a half years of my life, and I can’t believe how quickly it’s gone. Fingers crossed for quite a few more bonus years!
