This morning, I successfully did one perfect push-up (and a few others that were not that great), and the new goal is to get to ten perfect ones.
In terms of running, I’m up to 3.6km on the treadmill before thinking I’m going to collapse and switching to walking. I reached my previous goal of 2000m on the rower in ten minutes (got to 2016m, whoo!), and I’m slowly, slowly feeling fitter.
I am now at a stage where exercise is built into my daily routine, and a day without proper exercise doesn’t feel right. Feels good!
